Information for Parents
  • Students will be assigned to Group A or Group B by their band directors and administrators.
  •  Payments for all student travel are made to Allen ISD, not to Masterpiece Tours.
  •  A land package is available to parents and families who want to travel with the band to Hawaii and will be sold to interested parties by Masterpiece Tours.  Payments for non-student travel will be made to Masterpiece Tours.

Payments for Land Package
  • Deposit of $250 per person required to confirm your reservation
  • Final payment is due by January 15, 2020
  • Payments must be made by check to Masterpiece Tours
Cancel Terms
  • Initial deposit is non-refundable
  • Cancel prior to final payment date with no penalty
  • Cancel after final payment date – no refunds
Airline Transportation
  • A limited number of airline seats will be available to parents and families who want to travel with the band to Hawaii.
  • The price per airline seat is $1,000.00 and payments will be made to Masterpiece Tours.
  • A non-refundable deposit of $200 per person is due by November 15, 2019 to secure your air reservation.
  • Final payment of $800 per person is due by January 15, 2020, along with final payment for land package
  • Once airline tickets are issued, they are non-refundable
  • Airline transportation can also be arranged on an individual basis through American Airlines (non-stop flights) or Southwest Airlines (connecting flights).
